This is the first issue of UP TIGHT and we hope that the exploited of the military in this area wil rise up and voice their opinions. It is only through spreading the word of this now growing dissatisfaction will the EM have any say in the way he is being used. As of now the EM is only a pawn of the “booze hungry brass" who give orders and don't get off their asses to do a danm thing except out article 15 and sent PFC after the coffee.

It might be interesting to note the growing inflation on Fort Bliss and other installations in the area which can only be due to the July l pay raise.
