Spirit Of '69
WE ARE AMERICANS. I believe in the right of man to live as human beings no matter their creed or color. I believe in the right to be free...free for that way of life where men can speak as they choose. I believe in democracy; not only for myself but for all my fellow man. I believe in the responsibility of privelege: What I ask for myself, I am willing to give to others; what I demand from others, I am willing to demand from myself. I act from faith in others not fear from others, from goodwill not hatred. To bigotry I give no sanction; to intolerance no support; to prejudice I give no quarter.
“I hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights, that among these rights are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”
We totally believe that every American should exercise these inalienable rights which the country guarantees them. Should we as FREE MEN, stand idly by and watch as our rights are trodden into the ground by the military machine? It is time for all of us to stand up to these acts committed against the very things our country was founded on. It is time to show our dissatisfaction with the system. Will you kneel to servitude or stand for FREEDOM.
Do we have frredom of choice? Freedom of speech? The right to assemble? To all these things the answer is NO! Yet they tell us we are fighting to keep this country free. To this I shout BULLSHIT! There can be no freedom when there are no FREE MEN.
THIS IS OUR COUNTRY * THE TIME TO ACT IS NOW
