GI Alliance
A national GI Alliance has recently beeen formed, as an "informational center/clearing house with power being vested in the local groups and dependent upon the autonomy of local groups."
Formed of people who came out of the GI Task Force of the New Mobilization Committee, the GI Alliance intends to function as an informational;/co-ordinating center that will aid the struggles of all GI groups that support the following aims:
- The immediate withdrawal of all American presence from SE Asia.
- A de facto extension of full constitutional rights to all servicemen and women.
- The elimination of colonial and racial exploitation of poor peoples, both at home and abroad.The AFB staff has voted full support of these aims and the GI Alliance. Right on, brothers!
